Hello, my name is Lazaro Ruiz, but everyone calls me Laz. I have worked as an illustrator, artist, and designer for over 30 years. I love to do children's book Illustrations. Whimsical and fun are the best ways to describe the art that I try to do. Having emigrated to the US from Cuba at a young age, I have learned the value of hard work and relationships. Currently, I am living my American dream doing children's book illustrations, designing, and creating relationships with new clients.
